Using Deep Insights Agent in Teams and Microsoft 365

Once an administrator has set up the Deep Insights Agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio and shared it with you, you can use it directly from Microsoft Teams or the Microsoft 365 Copilot app.

Open the agent

In Teams or Microsoft 365 Copilot, open the agents list and find Deep Insights Agent.

If you can't see it, your administrator may not have shared it with you yet. Contact them, or your Ometria CSM.

Ask a question

Type a question in plain English, for example:

What was last month's revenue?

The agent runs the query against your Ometria data and returns an answer.

What you can and can't do in Copilot

Microsoft Copilot supports text responses and tables.

The following features are only available in Claude:
