Deep Insights Agent is delivered as a connector to a third-party AI platform. You query your Ometria data inside that platform's chat interface, with answers powered by the AI provider you've chosen.
Two platforms are currently supported.
- Claude is Anthropic's AI assistant. It supports text responses, interactive dashboards, reusable report prompts, and PDF exports. It requires a Claude Team or Enterprise subscription.
- Microsoft Copilot is accessed through Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365. It supports text responses and tables. Interactive dashboards, reusable report prompts, and PDF exports aren't available. It requires Microsoft Copilot Studio.
If you're not sure which platform your organisation uses, ask your IT team.
