Deep Insights Agent is built on the same security standards as the rest of the Ometria platform. This page covers the most common questions about how your data is handled.

• Your customers' personal data is not accessible Deep Insights Agent works from a dedicated analytics dataset that excludes personally identifiable information by default. Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, and street addresses are not accessible through the agent. Geographic data is limited to city, state, and postal code.
• Your data is not used to train AI models This is enforced at the account level as a technical control. Your campaign performance data, strategic insights, and business metrics stay confidential to your organisation.
• Access is managed through your Ometria account Deep Insights Agent is authenticated via your Ometria account credentials, with an explicit authorisation step that your administrators control.
• The agent cannot be used to extract your database The agent runs in read-only mode and cannot modify data. Query results are capped at 1,000 records, and query complexity and execution time are restricted. Each client's data is held in an isolated environment.
• Ometria is ISO/IEC 27001 and 27701 certified Deep Insights Agent is maintained under the same security standards as the broader platform, which include regular independent penetration testing by CREST-certified specialists, continuous security monitoring, and Security and Privacy team oversight of all new features.
