Setup guide for administrators

This is the one-time setup that an organisation Owner completes in Claude before anyone in the team can use the Deep Insights Agent. It takes about 10 minutes.

Before you start

You'll need:

• A Claude Team or Enterprise subscription with Owner permissions on your organisation
• The Remote MCP server URL (provided below)
• The business context document for your organisation (provided by your Ometria CSM)

Each user will also need an active Ometria account. The connector won't return data without a valid Ometria login.

Step 1: Enable capabilities

1. Go to Organisational settings > Capabilities.
2. In Code execution, make sure Cloud code execution and file creation is enabled.
3. Make sure Skills is enabled in Organisational settings > Skills.

Step 2: Add the connector

1. Go to Organisational settings > Connectors.

2. Select Add > Custom > Web.
3. Enter the following details:

Remote MCP server URL	https://ai.ometria.com/mcp

4. Select Add.

The connector is now available to everyone in your organisation. Each person enables it individually in their own Claude account. See Connecting to Ometria's Deep Insights Agent for those steps.

Note: We highly recommend that users create a Claude project after completing the organisational setup. Projects allow the MCP connector and business context to stay active across conversations. You can find instructions on how to do this in Setting up a Claude project.
